What happens if my payment for a Studio template doesn't show up?

If your submission is marked as Published but you haven't received payment in your Sticker Mule Wallet, double-check that your bank account is connected.

Please note that it takes 5 days for payments to be credited to your bank account.

If you've connected your bank account and still don't see the payment after 5 days, contact support and our team can review the payout status for you.
