Overall these pins are pretty great with a couple of minor exceptions. The acrylic was thicker than I expected which adds some unnecessary extra depth to the pin, but also makes it feel more substantial. An option for a thinner acrylic might be nice. I was disappointed since the images looked diy cut but it was just a sticker of our image on rectangular piece of acrylic.

While initially a 1 star review due to a production error, Sticker Mule came through. Their support is unrivaled and they provided multiple options to fix the issue until we found a way that would work for our design and my needs. Very impressed. Sticker Mule's support saved a customer today.

I usually love the quality of stickermule products! Unfortunately here I am a bit disappointed with the pins I ordered. The colours are faded and do not reflect the proof that I received. Also after removing the protective films I discovered that several of the pins had dents in the acrylic...

Another fast and easy ordering experience with Stickermule. Their design tool is easy to use and communication on the status of the order was top notch. Disappointed that the colours were not as bright on the actual pin. I get that colour and contrast displays differently on a monitor however the pin colours present as washed out :(

Previously I had seen many reviews criticizing the amount of damage on these pins. I ordered a small test run to see how bad the issue was. Upon arrival I was shocked at how cloudy and scratched they were... Until I read the included card and took off the protective film! Now they look awesome! 7 out of 10 of the pin design are not in the center of the acrylic. It is somewhat noticeable especially when looking at it straight upfront and when I was taking a picture of it.

The backings fall off pretty easily I have discovered. They also don't stay securely in fabrics. Pop off and get lost. The scratch easily. They aren't long lasting. I would say it's a promotional item not something I would stock a shop with.... but, also that's just terrible for the environment. I don't recommend them.

The price is good. But I mentioned cut-out as my request. I thought the backing was just an indicator visually online. Instead I received my pin with that big grey boarder backing. I felt my request was being ignored and you’re fixated on your recommendation and not mine.
