I received an order from sticker mule, and there was a printing defect. Once I brought it to their attention, the problem was rectified quickly, and a properly printed series of stickers were sent out.

Not one of my 500 Kiss Cut stickers was cut through enough to separate from the backer. My kiss-cut shape was a simple circle. Yet, only portions of the lamination layer were cut. My 500 promo pieces are rendered useless because of bad quality control. These stickers never should have left the production facility.
