Can I cancel or decline a design service request after approving it?

Once you approve a request, it's locked for 72 hours, and neither side can cancel during that time.

If the deadline passes and the design hasn't been delivered:

• The customer regains the ability to cancel
• You'll receive an email letting you know

This helps keep things fair while still allowing flexibility if timelines slip.
