We're looking for a hiring manager to join our team. This person will ensure staffing needs are met by recruiting, hiring, onboarding and coordinating new employee training to maximize retention.
1. Uses available resources to recruit personnel including ads, agencies and colleges
2. Identifies and attends local job fairs
3. Works with supervisors to understand and address staffing needs
4. Reviews applicants, identifies candidates and oversees interviewing process
5. Onboards new personnel
6. Assists with the evaluation of personnel during their training period
7. Listens to and documents employee feedback and concerns.
1. Bachelor's degree
2. 2+ year of professional experience in a similar capacity
3. Strong written and verbal communication

1. Starting at $45,000-$60,000+ depending on experience
