Weird issue with colors?

The buttons I ordered had decent image definition and the finish was nice and glossy, but the colors were way, way too saturated-- like, my original colors were a sort of pinkish-orange, but when the buttons came in they were very noticeably darker and more intense, almost bright red. I even went and double checked my original file to make sure I sent it in CMYK, and I did. Even accounting for differences in printing processes the color difference is way, way off. I can't tell if other people have had this issue, but I don't think I can order again if I can't reasonably expect the product to be accurate to my original design.
