Can I communicate with customers during a design service project?

There's no in-app messaging yet. However, you and the customer can communicate outside of Sticker Mule using your store's contact form.

To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend:

  • Asking clarifying questions before approving
  • Making sure the scope is clear upfront
  • Only approving requests you're confident you can complete as-is

Clear expectations up front lead to happier outcomes for everyone.
