Why did my payout fail?

Here are the most common reasons why your payout might have failed and how to fix it:

Automatic deposits:
Store earnings are automatically deposited into your bank account five days after an order ships.

Commissions are for shipped orders only:
Commission payouts are processed only once the order has been completed and shipped. Pending or canceled orders do not qualify.

Location restrictions:
Payouts may not be allowed in certain countries or states. Currently, Commissions is only available to residents of the US, Canada, and Mexico, excluding US territories. If you’re in a restricted region, you won’t be eligible for payouts.
