I ordered custom pins for my youth groups' upcoming summer camp. This website came recommended by the Camp, and the pins we received were excellent. I was worried about the quality of vinyl pins, but they are actually high quality, and are perfect for our group.

The acrylic pins just look and feel cheap. I chose them due to price point as a give away at cons, now I need to buy the enamel anyway, and I’m the cost of the acrylic pins down as scrap. Don’t choose the cheaper option, just buy the good ones.
