Did not include product quantity as asked multiple times

Hello, I specifically asked for this invoice to be attached with the shipment of the roll of labels.  In the future for all my orders of label rolls, I need an invoice with the number of rolls and number of labels per role attached.  I even went out of my way to ask for it multiple times.  We order $1000s of dollars with your company on labels and I want to make sure that this is corrected in the future.  I had my manufacturer write me this: Julia NusbaumTue, Aug 11, 11:58 AM (2 days ago) to me Good morning VladLabels have arrived again without a packing slip: so no count of how many there are or how many per roll.
