The Customer Service was exceptional. I have used Stickermule for a long time and have been extremely satisfied with their product. Perhaps the low review was my expectation. I was expecting a much more pliable plastic. The plastic seems hard and rigid and is quite brittle. The cut was extremely close to the lettering (I proofed and okayed it, so partially my fault). I would not recommend this material. Use the soft pliable rubber type plastic.
