Misleading Proof

I have always had great experiences with this company and have used them for approximately 15 different items and designs. So I'm pretty comfortable with the ordering process. However this order, my proof showed me an all white Keychain, instead I received clear keychains with a tacky white backing only on the design portion. Even though the proof was obviously misleading, they offered me the "option" to just order again with a white background. Shameful really. I'll pass. How do I know this one will be correct if both proofs are identical?
