Hard to peel off

I really love my custom paper tape from Sticker Mule, so I just went ahead and ordered a load of stickers, assuming they'd be the same quality. I'm really struggling to get the stickers off the sheet without peeling off the sticky bit/ taking ages - and pretty much every other sticker can't be used. I'm also a little unsure of how the colours turned out different to my tape, considering the image provided was the same... Hopefully this is just an unfortunate mistake, but I'm not sure I would order these again
