Inconsistent and Unreliable

Waited for these labels to be printed and had to follow up a couple of times since they would not have been shipped in time due to delays. The company was nice enough to credit the order and still send out the labels but they are printed with fading toner obvious throughout the black print so that it appears purple in some areas of the label and the die cut was so off that the label border is a crescent moon. Basically I got free labels that are of such poor quality I cant even use them and now my products are delayed.
