Print position was incorrect

I have ordered several promotional items from you for my business and all of them have been spot on. Saw this promotional poster and thought this might look really nice. The picture showing my logo looks correct, but when it was printed it was printed 18x24 and not 24x18 like it states. My logo is long and should've been positioned with the full length of the poster and not at 18". Was very disappointed by this overall.
