I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. It took over a month to receive, and when I finally did, I discovered that it had been lost during shipping. After reaching out to them via email, I found that they had misinterpreted my message and sent me a replacement instead of addressing the issue. This replacement took another week to arrive. To my dismay, the packaged item arrived in really poor condition. It was damaged and poorly printed, as if it had been rushed and not handled with care. I had to reach out to them again to inquire about the situation, and once more, they failed to read my email and instead sent me a poorly rolled-up tube I didn't request. I had asked to ship it to me in a frame so it can have a better cut and no surface damage. This unfortunate experience has left me deeply disappointed, especially since I had initially had positive thoughts about the company and had recommended them to many of my friends who frequently order from them.
