Not what I expected

So samples I got were finely printed. After checking the measurements for what I would use them for, they are NOT to the specified measurements. 7.5 across is very short and theres no adjustable room for anything. Using them for comics, was hoping to fit at least 3. However with a bag and board, they barely fit 1. Just jot what I was hoping for. Especially after fumbling my first order to an old address. Its funny tho....their records show i changed my address to reflect, yet shipped it to another. Then inform me like its my fault that "oh as a one time courtesy we can reprint and resend" like it was my fault to begin with. Not what I was hoping for.
