Missing Lables

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. The labels were missing from my order, and even though it was clearly their mistake, they refused to expedite replacements. On top of that, they only offered a $10 credit on a $30 order and never apologized for the inconvenience. Because of this error, I’m now losing over $220 in sales for an upcoming event. This was completely avoidable, and the lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again. I have been a loyal customer for years.
