What's happened?

I designed a t-shirt for my youngest daughter with her favourite character. The result was awful. There are traces of glue on the collar and bottom of the T-shirt, plus printing marks all over the front. Who could have folded and packaged this T-shirt for shipping, thinking, "Wow, I did a great job! I'm proud of myself!"? Having it printed in Amsterdam is not a good idea in my opinion: they ruin your brand image. I want it printed at headquarters, where the boss can see what's coming out of the production workshops.
