disappointed

I ordered 300 custom buttons and they arrived with the pin backing attached in random directions — upside down, sideways, and backwards. Every single button now has to be manually adjusted before it can be used or handed out. This adds hours of unnecessary work and defeats the purpose of ordering a finished product. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend ordering buttons based on this experience.
