Originally, we ordered die-cut stickers which was a bad choice for this design. The shrink-wrap wrecked the points in our delivery. Your shop was willing to replace them with kiss-cut at no extra cost and got them to us in time to ship to our customers. It was a huge relief and the excellent customer service totally won my loyalty. I would use Sticker Mule again and recommend you guys to anyone else who asks. Thanks so much! David
