Company and representatives were very helpful and provided awesome customer service. Loved the final product, shipping was on time to the date estimated.

NxThe pins look really good, but each one has a protective blue film on it. On the one hand, I appreciate that it protects them from getting scratched up, but conf organizers are not going to peel those off before throwing them in a swag bag, and I'm not sure it'll occur to the attendees that it's something they can remove. The plastic fastener is also really cheap and doesn't feel very secure.
