Jennifer MurphyThe quality is top notch. I had no issues with proofing and it came quickly. I love my charms and all other products I have ordered!
Jamie Kiffel-AlchehTwo improvements are needed in the advertising of this product: 1 - The charms are not reversible. The opposite side is white. 2 - The charms come with a blue layer of protective plastic on them. I thought the charms printed in the wrong color (blue!) until I was shown. They should come with an info sheet that tells customers to remove the protective film.
