Great Product

The new acrylic charms are a great product... its a really nice alternative to help market and promote your brand... only have a few suggestions for future iterations. 1. Make the hole on the charm bigger. Its just barely big enough for a standard jump ring. 2. In regard to the hole, you might also look into allowing customer feedback as to where it is placed, as this really seems dependent on the design submitted and not all designs will require a standard top-center placement. Lastly, while minor, the width of the acrylic material surrounding the hole could be a little wider as well to help improve durability. 3. Last suggestion Id like to make would be to explore potential alternatives to how these ship. I understand that with a product like this, no matter what, there will likely be small margins where a few get damaged, but just wanted to also add that a handful of the charms were gouged in shipping by the edges of other charms resulting in scratches even through the protective coating... not even really sure if there is a way around that, but figured Id mention since I have about 6 I cannot really use as a byproduct. The protective coating does its job for the most part, however the ink on the back that produces the image through the acrylic material also seems to get dinged up a tad depending how the package gets banged around in transit and how sharp your designs edges are. - Something to think about anyways... Love the product though and would def order more in the future.
