Hopefully Optimistic It's a One-Off

My test print of my labels were so absolutely perfect! Excellent. So I ordered a roll of 100. They aren't so great. Where the first batch had no smudging, I can only assume that these are smudged. All labels have a strip on the right-side third of the label in a purple/blue/green effect in a 1/2 inch wide strip straight down, tinting the words from white to kinda unicorn-colored, which is pretty, but not exactly what we expected.
