damaged pins

the pins themselves are well made and the service very quick, but the last few orders I received some pins broken or damaged, and there was no extra in the package. So I had to count them, take pictures, send the e-mail and receive the broken ones in another shipment. I am grateful for customer service, but I see a lot of time wasted on both sides, if only you could drop a few extra ones knowing that there will be some broken? Or just pack them better? Thank you.
