Great product but bad packaging

This is our third or fourth time ordering the custom tape? Product works great, is easy to use, clear printing, good quality, no complaints whatsoever and we'll keep ordering it. However, it is usually packaged very poorly: the box is falling apart, and often outright open with materials falling out. They use regular-duty cardboard boxes and the tape is way too heavy: the boxes are always split along the sides and broken open. This time all the tape rolls were there but we've had couriers hand us rolls that have fallen out. This leads to the outer layer of tape roll (which is also usually enclosed in plastic) being damaged or dirty. Still worth it though because of good price.
