Edges not clean cut

I’ve ordered holographic stickers from Sticker Mule several times, and have always been pleased with the quality. However, this time I receive stickers with very roughly cut edges, not smooth and clean like previously. I’m quite disappointed. I wonder if their cutting machine needs replacing..
