INSTRUCTIONS SUPPLIED AT UPLOAD WERE IGNORED

I ordered these saying they were to be a 2" x 2" clear CIRCLE label with only white ink on clear. On the order form, I specified the supplied illustrator file had a circle layer that was there to show the desired die cut line as the flower image was designed to bleed off the edge of the circle. I said the circle did not have to be printed. What I received was a SQUARE with black and white inks. When I emailed to explain the error and get replacement so my client's product was correct I was told it was my fault and was offered a "credit" to print it again for just about half price. IF they arrive correctly made, they will now be more expensive than clear labels made elsewhere.
