I am extremely dissatisfied

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the pins. The needles on the back are glued completely unevenly, and when I hold the pin and flip it to the front, the text ends up upside down, sideways, or even diagonally. This is absolutely unacceptable — I have never seen such poor-quality pins before. Why was the placement of the needle not properly aligned? I am very disappointed with the quality. I ordered a fairly large batch of 100 pins, and now I don’t even know what to do with them. On top of that, some of the surfaces on the front side are damaged, as if the film was applied unevenly, leaving visible defects. I have previously used your services and was satisfied, but this time I am extremely disappointed. Please issue me a refund.
