Customer service is excellent but the product is not

I have been purchasing acrylics from stickermule for years. I have had this exact design made flawlessly. My last several orders have been messed up. They graciously sent several remakes but 2 remakes later and they’re still not good. And there’s no solution. They sometimes try telling me I need to adjust my anrtwork but I’ve had these made before with no issue. Issues include bleeding/fuzzy black lines, nicks all around the edges and chunks out of the design. And these are all issues you can see without removing the blue film. I appreciate the remake but when it doesn’t resolve the problem it’s not really helpful. And they keep sending emails to leave reviews so…
