It took 5 orders to get a good product
After the initial order that was defective they issued 4 different reprints as each reprint kept arriving with obvious defects. Each order had very obvious defects like nicks in the acrylic, condensation effects, the protective film cut in half on every piece etc. Each remake required several emails, photos and back and forth with CS. They’d tell me they tweaked my artwork and when I asked why they’d tell me in the very next email they didn’t. They’d give different reasons each time for the mistakes and assure me the next batch would be better and they’d pay better attention. It was never better until the 4th reprint showed up in good shape but that doesn’t change the experience it took to get here. This month long ordeal was exhausting and makes me hesitant to order more acrylics in the future. I’m not even sure I was credited properly because of how the orders break down and a credit that was issued for a previous order that was messed up. And when I asked about that in an email I never got a response. They pick and choose which parts of my email they respond to. So if a CS rep is seeing this and wants to check on that for me that’d be great
