Staff isn’t what it used to be

I’ve used sticker mule for nearly a decade now. I’ve always been able to type an idea and they’ve made it come to life. This time whoever was working on drawing up my order did not read my instructions. There were multiple back and forth submissions and directions. Ultimately, I had to purchase a software and send them what I was actually looking for. I’ve never had this problem before.
