Amazing customer service!!!

Recently I ordered a holographic sticker design. I wasn’t really thinking about how the color & size of the text would work out, and I approved the proof because it looked fine. But when I received it, my choice of text size & color did not pop. I contacted Sticker Mule customer service to ask how I could make it better for future orders. They are so cool and service oriented that they offered to change the font thickness and color and do a reprint. The reprint is EXACTLY what I was looking for!! The text pops! I think the Sticker Mike designers/operators have so much experience with tweaking designs that they can help us customers achieve our visions if we ask them for guidance. From now on, I’m going to explain what I’m looking for, and ask for their advice on how to do it, so that I can learn how to dial it in on my end before I ever submit it! I really appreciate Sticker Mule’s dedication to customer satisfaction.
