Ordered these as gifts for an event, however the local courier didn't follow delivery instructions and the first batch went AWOL from the front gate. Passed that on to Sticker Mule so they could re-evaluate delivery providers, and they insisted on sending a fresh batch, at no charge, as a gesture of good will. That's awesome - 0% their fault, 100% satisfaction offered! (We also learned not to make tiny text - unreadable for old eyes, but that was a design fault, so make that 200%!)
