Different Cut

I ordered 100pcs twice and submitted a 5-star review for the order that I loved. For reference: “I ordered these as a sample at first, and then went ahead and ordered in bulk because they were perfect. The look, the feel, the material, the adhesives, and the cut design”. However, the second time I ordered it I barely looked at the proof before approving it, thinking it would be the same exact cut. Unfortunately, the second 100pc order was not the same kind of cut as the expertly designed first one. The cuts are not as details, following along the curves of the text as the first order was. This was pretty upsetting, as I do not think the cuts design is as high a standard as the other one. I figured there is no point in asking for a refund or replacement for a custom order, especially one that I approved the design of. I should have looked closer and not assumed the cut design would be the same.
