ok... this one impressed me. I did my first run (see previous review) a couple weeks ago, and (my own fault) didn't realize the proof didn't match the PDF I sent in. Stickers were good quality but not what I hoped for. when I submitted feedback without any expectations, I got an immediate response from their Customer Support team who reviewed the documents and decided that even though I had approved the proof, that they should have caught the difference - so they paid for a complete replacement of the entire run. this kind of customer service has earned them a permanent customer.
