Debacle

I've ordered several batches from sticker mule and had good experiences until now. I first received my order not as I envisioned, I was told that was my fault, discussed what my desired design was and paid to have the order reprinted. Second order, the incorrect artwork was used, I corrected the proof and yet received the order printed in exactly the same (incorrect) way as the first. I was offered a reprint and no charge (appropriate) but had to fight to expedite processing so that I could still bring them to my event. This time, the proof was correct on the first try but they were printed as 2" instead of 3" stickers (which was what I ordered and what was listed on my invoice and the proof). Not sure what is going on over there but I'm hesitant to order anything else.
