Disappointed

I was really upset about the labels I ordered. These were meant to be a Christmas gift for my Dad and I had to get them redone somewhere else. During the proofing stage I asked if the image could be enlarged. The font looked very small. I was told no, because of trimming they need the image small so nothing is cut off. I told them I'm fine if I loose background, again they said no. They never once mentioned that enlarging the font and sending it back was an option. They also never once said that the font was unreadable. These labels are unusable and basically garbage. I'm sad I lost money on this and that the communication during proofing was so poor.
