Odd couple iron on

Followed the instructions from start to finish and I don’t know if I just got unlucky with a couple of the sheets but the top layer to the transfer instantly crumpled when I applied heat. I was so confused why it wrinkled and completely ruined the design. Second one, the top layer didn’t melt but still couldn’t get half the design to transfer. Terrible print, doesn’t match the proof at all, it came out very blurry and dark, very sad with the product
