It's barely legible and took over a month to receive

Not only did the keychains take forever to get to me. They look awful. I had to contact customer service twice before they actually sent me the keychains. I ordered on December 5th and received them on January 10th. They are small and I can barely read what it says. I have never had this problem with Sticker Mule before but if this is the new norm I will no longer be shopping with them.
