Disappointed in Color Consistency and Proofing Process

I was initially very happy with the sample bubble mailer — the print colors were vibrant, the black ink appeared rich and true, and the background color was deep and well-saturated. However, the bulk order I received did not match the quality of the sample. The black ink is noticeably lighter and lacks the depth seen in the sample, and the background color is paler and less vibrant. While the overall look is similar, it’s not a close match to the sample I approved. Additionally, the placement of my graphic had shifted slightly from the original Illustrator file I submitted.The front side was correct but the backside was not. This may have been my oversight, as it wasn’t apparent in the proof due to the preview image being too small to catch those kinds of details. I strongly recommend that proofs be provided at full scale or with a zoom-in option to better assess alignment and placement before final approval.
