Great Customer Service from an Initial Problem

Update #2: Third time's a charm. After communicating with customer service and sending the original Illustrator file, I received the stickers. Perfect this time! Thank you StickerMule. Update #1: Wonderful customer service communication, but the reprint arrived and it's still the wrong color. You can see in the attached proof that the wings are grey, but they are printed as white. Original Review: Stickers from Sticker Mule are usually perfect, but this time, there was a problem. The grey in the sticker was printed as white; therefore they're unusable. I've submitted an email to customer service, let's see how they handle this.
