Really good quality buttons
Buttons are excellent, both print quality and overall build quality are meeting expectations. Would have loved to receive them sooner though, especially that I opted for fast shipping...

My buttons came out perfectly. The design tool on the website made it so easy to make just what I wanted! On top of that, customer service was superb and they quickly sent a replacement order when my package went missing!
Looks good but awkward production
They buttons look great and arrived ahead of schedule, but I was surprised by the assembly of each. The pin on the back is not consistent or in the standard position (as shown in sample) of buttons so they can be awkward to put on.

Order not received
Order was meant to arrive on the 6th October still waiting and it’s the 19th October. Require the product for the 25th but looks like we won’t need getting them

Quality Control Needs to Catch Missing/Defective Buttons Before Shipping.
I did not want to complaint, however my order of 100 buttons came with 21 duds. They were either missing pins, edges falling apart, or the metal backing itself is there without the design. When running a business it is necessary for us to offer speed and quality for customers. This is affecting me because that is 21 items I cannot sell and it hurts my bottom line. 2 or 3 is fine but 21 out of ... Read more
