How can we improve healthcare in America?

We need to focus on getting better healthcare results rather than endlessly debating about making it free. I personally suffered from sciatica thinking it was incurable until I found someone who fixed it in 2 sessions. I've subsequently helped multiple people cure sciatica including my mother. If we refocus on innovating in healthcare, both in terms of service and treatments, instead of continuing the debate about it being free or not we will improve health outcomes while lowering costs. My treatment for sciatica was very inexpensive but most doctors don't know how to treat it so people waste lots of money on doctors visits and medicines to treat something that can be cured easily with proper therapy.
