These are super well made and look great! What is the secret to peeling the back off without damaging the sticker?

I am so pleased with the quality and price. They look amazing. The process was so very easy. Don't get me started on the wait time........after they sent the draft for approval they were at my business before I knew it !!!!!!!!!!!!!
