Love stickermule but wish the proofing process was better

I order a LOT. My stickers always come out great but I’m not sure if it’s a human or a bot doing the proofs. I’m knocking off a star for the proofing process. I’ll put “rounded corners” in the special notes box and the proof will come back without rounded corners. Or I ask for die cut and on the proof part of the offset will conform to the design while part is straight. And I ask for small white borders and they give chunky ones then tell me they can’t make them smaller when I know they can because I’ve ordered several stickers from them with smaller borders. I literally gave up on what I wanted for my last order and just took the large chunky border because they kept telling me no
