UPS failed to deliver my stickers. This was a great disappointment . However, what has deeply impressed me is the speed of reaction from Sticker Mule. They asked me to check if the stickers had mistakenly been delivered to neighbours_ I checked and they had not. Then Antony and Josh moved into action, sent immediate and reassuring messages, and within 12 hours advised me that new stickers were in production and would be with me by 11th Sept. Every company faces problem issues, but the way they respond to them singles them out as a poor or great Company. Sticker Mule is superb in my book. All action with great courtesy and concern. I highly recommend them. This is not my first order nor will it be my last.
