Absolute garbage

The tape I received does not look anything like what I ordered. The proof looked great, but when I opened the box with the tape, I was actually shocked at how bad it looks. You can't see the design at all, and it was just packed up and sent out to me anyway. I understand there are limitations but if you can't make something look at least close to what was ordered, something needs to be said to the customer. Don't just send out trash, this is supposed to go to MY customers and now my packaging looks bad.
