Quality is significantly lower than last time

I'm not sure what happened. I reordered circle labels for salves that I make, and ordered there slightly larger. The labels look very faded, the color is significantly less vibrant than my original artwork and the proof I was sent. They labels are also different, they have a rough texture and it's clear they are a different kind of paper. The paper backing on the label roll has changed to what looks like craft brown recycled paper, which would be great (to use recycled paper) if the rest of the labels weren't compromised. I didn't open the box right away because I didn't still have my old labels, not sure if I can return. Also not sure if this is the quality from here on out, if it is, I won't be able to order from here anymore.
